Our vision at the Ambassador Foundation is to build a community of belonging for our students.
All ambassadors are empowered to advocate for themselves and their communities to overcome barriers and pave the way for future ambassadors.
We help students get “to and through” graduation, making college a reality for them.
Our work is built in direct response to research and first-hand experiences of what students need to succeed on the path to and during college. We do this through four interconnected approaches.
We help students find a good college match, prepare essays, complete applications for college and scholarships, FAFSA guidance, and interview support.
A 2-part program for rising high school seniors exploring a variety of topics. All graduates receive $3000 scholarship.
Paid summer internships, pairing students with mentors in their chosen career field. Internships give students real world experience and important financial support.
On campus cohorts with Ambassador leaders on each campus. Ambassadors lead activities, gather resources, and connect each other.
The Ambassador Foundation works in partnership to support the whole student. When other services are needed for students in the College Advising Program, we connect them and their families with education groups and schools, social workers, school counselors and advisors, employers, attorneys and other appropriate support people and organizations.
